　　据介绍，2023年，各级检察机关针对工业、建筑施工、交通运输、社会生活等领域噪声污染问题办理公益诉讼940余件。

　　最高检23日对外发布检察公益诉讼助力噪声污染防治典型案例，共4件，涉及交通运输、建筑施工、社会生活等类型的噪声污染问题。在一起督促整治广场舞噪声污染行政公益诉讼案中，检察机关推动有关行政机关联动履职，通过常态化日常巡查、设置噪声检测设备、与广场舞健身团体签订控制音量倡议书等方式，推动问题彻底解决。

　　徐向春表示，此次专题发布检察公益诉讼助力噪声污染防治典型案例，既为发挥办案指引作用，促进各级检察机关提高办案质量效果，也为发挥以案释法作用，促进噪声污染防治法的施行。

　　噪声污染防治法于2022年6月5日起施行。相较于此前法律，新法重新界定了噪声污染内涵。法律施行以来，司法部门充分发挥职能作用，以法治力量守护公众“安静权”。

　　徐向春说，下一步，检察机关将围绕重点，加大噪声污染防治公益诉讼办案力度，同时也将结合办案持续推动完善噪声污染防治体系。他说，将推动更多地区完成噪声污染监管职责划定，建立健全长效噪声污染防治机制，推动噪声污染防治地方立法和配套制度建设。(完)
