  中新网成都4月17日电(记者 刘忠俊)4月17日,核反应堆技术全国重点实验室及先进核能技术全国重点实验室2024年学术年会在四川成都启幕,9名院士和近百家科研院所、高校和企业等近700名专家学者齐聚一堂,聚焦和探讨核反应堆及先进核能重大基础理论和前沿科技创新。

  据了解,核反应堆技术全国重点实验室依托中国核动力研究设计院组建,旨在开展核反应堆相关的应用基础研究和前沿技术研究,解决核反应堆科研生产和工程实施中的基础理论、技术原理和重要技术难题,攻克核反应堆技术发展的短板和瓶颈,促进新兴技术与核反应堆技术融合。先进核能技术全国重点实验室依托中国核动力研究设计院、中国原子能科学研究院、中国核电工程有限公司三家单位组建,面向保障能源安全、实现“双碳”目标等国家重大战略需求,系统性解决不同先进核能系统底层的共性基础问题,支撑我国三代核电技术升级,四代核能及新概念新质反应堆技术突破。“高度重视全国重点实验室重组建设,组建补齐了中核集团科技创新体系建设的关键一环。”中国核工业集团有限公司副总经理辛锋表示,未来,要发挥好原创技术策源地作用,联合领域内各方集智攻关,推动核科技自立自强。

  开幕仪式上,中国科学院院士刘维民、中国工程院院士潘复生、中国工程院院士王华明、中国科学院院士孙军分别作了《研制高性能润滑材料支撑高技术装备发展》《储能材料现状及前景》《高性能结构材料增材制造》《涂层包壳—事故耐受和延寿增效》主题报告。

  中国核动力研究设计院副院长闫晓作《培育新质生产力推动核能技术高质量发展》报告时称,医用同位素在疾病诊断与治疗方面发挥着重要作用,但我国核医学应用水平远低于世界平均水平,严重依赖进口,供给不稳定。“利用医用同位素溶液型反应堆进行医用同位素提取,是我国核技术应用领域重大创新成果。”闫晓称,全球功率最高溶液型医用同位素试验堆已开工建设,医用同位素溶液堆工艺流程少、经济有效,可摆脱医用同位素供给受制于人的困局。

  会上,大国重器“华龙一号”也是讨论的焦点,“华龙一号”作为我国首个完整掌握自主知识产权的第三代核电技术,实现了我国核电技术从跟跑到并跑的跨越性发展。但是,压水堆技术也面临着面临安全性、经济性、铀资源短缺等挑战。会上提出,未来压水堆技术仍有广阔发展空间,有望在智能化、新材料、新技术、新理论等方面实现突破,同时通过吸收各行业、各领域的创新成果,将进一步减少设备故障率,增强市场竞争力,从而不断提升安全性与经济性。

  与会专家学者们表示,本届学术年会为加强先进核能技术领域科技创新与应用,促进沟通与交流,实现“强强联合、协同创新”搭建了良好平台,也为核能技术基础研究更好的创新发展蓄势发力,获益匪浅。

  据悉,本届学术年会将持续至4月20日,包括核用耐高温SiC复合材料、核工业人工智能科学计算专题论坛等内容。在大会报告环节,专家们将围绕压水堆技术发展、一体化封闭式循环快堆、先进核设计数值平台、核反应堆热工水力模拟、人工智能、材料辐照等主题进行专题报告。(完)
