　　中新网圣保罗4月24日电 (林春茵 许良友)正值两座“金砖城市”中国厦门与巴西塞阿腊州福塔莱萨市缔结友好城市一周年之际，厦门大学附属心血管病医院(以下简称“厦心医院”)日前在塞阿腊与梅塞亚纳医院签订友好合作协议。这也成为中巴深化金砖务实合作的最新进展。

　　当地时间4月14日至23日，福建省委常委、厦门市委书记崔永辉率团先后访问巴西、阿联酋、印度尼西亚，从地方层面密切与三国人文交流，深化“金砖”和“海上丝绸之路”务实合作。

　　塞阿腊州与福建是结交二十多年的友好省州，州首府福塔莱萨市与厦门同为港口城市，都曾举办金砖国家领导人会晤。近年来不仅高层互访频频，医疗领域合作也相当密切。

　　厦门访团此行中，厦心医院院长王焱指导梅塞亚纳医院使用中国产瓣膜介入器械(VenusA—Pro)完成了一例复杂的经导管主动脉瓣置换手术(TAVR)，这是中国国产瓣膜介入器械在巴西东北部的首例植入。

　　厦心医院还发起“心苗”访问学者计划，列入联合国全球发展项目库，面向金砖国家、共建“一带一路”国家招收青年心血管专科医师来厦培训，也惠及巴西青年医师。目前，梅塞亚纳医院骨干医生安东尼奥·费利佩(Antonio Felipe)正作为“心苗”访问学者在厦心医院受训。

　　据梅塞亚纳医院院长卡洛斯介绍，未来将与厦心医院在心血管疾病诊疗技术、医疗管理、科研、人才培养等开展全面合作。“我们直观地感受到中国专家的高超技术和中国产瓣膜的卓越性能。”卡洛斯说，将有更多巴西心脏瓣膜病患者受益于中国医疗技术和方案。

　　厦门访团此行收获满满。除中巴医院签约合作外，中国(厦门)-巴西生物医药产业合作交流会和厦门生物科技企业万基生物巴西(圣保罗)实验室揭牌仪式举行；厦门市与福塔莱萨市开展“金砖双城 相向而行”摄影展和赠书仪式等友城交流活动；厦门巴西经贸合作洽谈对接会举办，厦门航空、国贸控股、厦工机械等与巴西方签订合作协议。

　　塞阿腊州长德弗雷塔斯表示，塞州始终高度重视对华关系，愿加强与中国各领域务实合作，不断丰富巴中全面战略伙伴关系内涵。

　　中国驻累西腓总领事兰和平表示，今年是中国巴西建交50周年，在两国元首战略引领下，两国地方交流合作成果丰硕。总领馆愿继续支持福建省与塞州深化友好省州关系，加强各领域交流合作，携手构建中巴命运共同体。
